Our Mission

To cultivate and inspire community by feeding the soul and the mind.

We believe everyone deserves to be fed daily. Our mission is clear and simple:

  • Those who are hungry, will eat.
  • Those who seek knowledge, will learn.
  • Those who seek opportunity, will find.

What We Do

Feeding the Soul

We provide meals for those who are hungry. Our program is designed to help those in need with healthy and nutritious meals.

CCC was founded on the principle of providing food to those who do not have the gifts many of us take for granted on a daily basis. We are people who have been involved in hospitality and culinary arts for over 30 years and have worked in the industry, taught in the industry and grown in the industry. Now, it is time that we give back for the industry.

Educating the Mind

We have partnered with Santa Ana College School of Continuing Education to provide education in culinary and hospitality management.

This partnership will allow students to participate in a state approved program and earn a Line Cook Certificate. While our students are learning, they will have the opportunity to work in our catering & meal prep department and earn income and learn in a real-life work experience.

Provide For Those
Who Need

Matthew 25: 34-40 - 34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
